Chesham Prep is a unique place and has a well-deserved reputation, dating back to its foundation in 1938, for being a friendly, family-orientated school at the heart of the local community.

There are shared expectations for striving towards academic excellence and pupils go on to record highly impressive results in tests and exams for entry into Senior Schools; both competitive Bucks Grammar Schools and a wide variety of excellent Senior Independent Schools.
As well as being highly successful in preparing the children academically for the next stage of their educational journey, our mission is to know each pupil as an individual and identify, develop and nurture their varied talents and strengths.
